About
Odette’s in Primrose Hill, run and owned by Chef Patron Bryn Williams - a native of Denbigh, North Wales - since 2008, has long been recognised as an iconic neighbourhood restaurant, attracting illustrious patrons from the worlds of art, music and theatre for over three decades as well as a loyal regular clientele.
It is one of the London’s original dining rooms, having opened in 1978.
We have 60 covers, a kitchen chefs’ table seating 6 and a private dining room for 10. With an alfresco summer garden and outdoor terraced seating area
for the sunnier times, reservation recommended.
Our ethos is based on passion, love and respect: for the products, the process and the customer experience. If one isn’t looked after, perfection in the other two is pointless. Regarding produce there is an emphasis on seasonality, quality and ‘provenance’, many of our products come directly from the farm in Wales,
run by Bryn’s brother, Gareth; we have close long-term relationships with our other suppliers both for food, wine and beverages.
Ultimately our aim is to let the quality of produce speak for itself thanks to our attention to detail, care and imagination.
As already stated, our customers’ culinary experience and warm service they receive are equally important.
We have many cherished regular customers and try to ensure that new visitors feel the same desire to come back.
The menus, naturally tend to change seasonally but within that there also weekly changes to our set lunch/early evening menus
as well as our chefs creating various specials on a regular basis to keep things fresh and exciting.
