Our Best of British Summer set menu celebrating quality produce from around Britain also incorporates fresh seasonal produce from Chef Bryn's garden in North Wales.
Starting with a main course of Goosnargh corn-fed chicken which are grown at a slower, natural rate to 8 weeks giving them a deep intense flavour.
Available from 4th June until the 28th September, Tuesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner.
